Antique Glass from The Drawing Room of Newport

Item number Glass 9. A Juice Glass att. to Boston and Sandwich Glass Company of Sandwich Mass. ca. 1880. Threaded and engraved glass, h. 3.5", diam. 2.5". The color is a pale yellow/green.Condition: miniscule edge roughness to the top of the thread (may have been factory issued). Similiar styled glassware was picture on page 237 of "In Pursuit of Beauty" printed in 1987. Examples of this style glass from the American Aesthetic Era exist in most museums across America including the MET and Rhode Island School of Design. Price: $225.00.
